Xmas Decoration in Melbourne

Before I get back to Malaysia
Xmas decoration in Melbourne already been decorated for a month
but I just got no time to take the pictures
till I found my friends camera
with the decoration of Xmas photos in the city

I told him I will grab it for my blog post
guess what he said
he needs copyright agreement =.=!!! swt
damn lame

anyway..that's the decoration along the shopping mall
but Xmas tree wasn't there
but in somewhere else
just didn't take any of it

everyday full with crowd
they even need to line up in order to look at the decoration
I'm not kidding
that queue is really really long

Today HENRY will going back Malaysia
It's a surprise to you guys or just nah...just nothing special
anyhow he still will come back..no difference

Kinda sad to leave Melbourne
suddenly I felt I haven't explore Melbourne since I came here to study in March
guess now have to return
sigh...1 year study in overseas was really fast

just finished my Diploma last year
then just finished my Bachelor this year

what I could only say is just...

I MISS MY FRIENDS...even though we will still meet up
sigh...anyway

Docklands "kai kai"

The day we get our result
the day we went to docklands
WE GRADUATE ON 17 DECEMBER 2008
finally....we graduate
every where we went is just seems so nice
even though the place got nothing
heard some of my friend said
Docklands is kinda big...a lot of things to "SHOP"
actually is ntg...coz is tooooo new
most of the shops haven't open yet

go with 2 empty hands back with 2 empty hands

when we have NOTHING TO DO

go to crown
and to the Arcade Centre
To Play Mario Racing Car
because due to someone didn't bring his ID/Passport
so can't get into Casino

Anyway...arcade centre aslo kinda fun for us

finally i came to the beach
in the end...sadly..unexpected place
I shouldn't compare it with my Sydney Trip where I went to
BONDI BEACH & MANLY BEACH

anyway, St. Kilda beach not bad too
just lack of ppl
just lack of waves
just lack of sand
but we make it FUN on that day

Sydney Trip - Day 6 (last night)

Last Night in Sydney
Tmr going back to Melbourne
so tried this Pancake which introduced by KK and his gf

Location: Pancake On the Rock, Darling Harbour

also a recommended place for desert or maybe dinner
we planned to have our brunch in the restaurant
what we going to order is only PANCAKES
who knows
the 1st time ever
the 1st time ever
the 1st time ever
We can't finish the PANCAKES
only 2 plates we shared still can't finish it
take a look the portion...
人仂强就好，不要加强 (read in hokkien)
We didn't expect the portion was so big
and we just order because it was welly capture and delicious in the photo

After eating, we planned to go DFO in Sydney
they say somewhere near to Olympic Park
so where are we now...
no idea
as long we arrive Olympic Park then we will know the way
we walked around the Park and who knows none of the bus pass by
or can say none of the vehicles pass by
in the end, we found a bus who stopped there with a sign "SPECIAL"
I asked the bus driver how to get to the DFO
then he said just go straight turn left and then turn right
about 15minutes walking distance
who knows....
we walked about 30++ minutes
then I found out,
I FORGOT TO ASK THE BUS DRIVER CAN FETCH US THERE OR NOT
Carine just asked this question and then har.....blank for a moment
anyway....the DFO is really really far if you walk
next time have to take bus

Take a look the surrounding even though the train station
no ppl at all

Dinner time
back to the same restaurant
recommended as well
so we ordered
1 Pork Rib and 1 Beef Rib
since i tried pork rib in the 1st day but different restaurant
then we swapped today

Look at Carine's face... tongue aslo coming out
she really can finish that portion..into 70%

I had the Beef Rib
Both of us prefer Beef Rib not Pork...maybe that day they cooked not so well

then we came to Star City Casino and Hotel
our plan don't have this destination till we passed by
so seems she found out interesting....then we went for a look
she don't like to go Casino

guess tonight is our last night in Sydney
kinda miss the trip
kinda miss the weather
kinda miss the food

Sydney Trip - Day 5

visited UNSW
we canceled the plan to Hunter's Valley
for don't know what reason
same thing...we have our breakfast at Fire-Station Cafe
A really good recommend CAFE for u who're going to Sydney
Cheap, Delicious, Fast, Perfect Portion

so UNSW...take a look ppl's uni

or any interesting place to visit?
haha...true...that day we just planned to go uni
then we did have some delicious food
just that forgot to take photos ^^

Sydney Trip - Day 4

What a sunny day again
today we planned to Blue Mountain
not the mountain is blue but is to see the "3 sisters"
so taking a day tour...which different kind of ppl
the tour is 55aud per person (lunch included)
so we waited for the coach at 8am outside YHA hostel

Anyway, I don't want to crap so much nonsenses for like what we doing while waiting
or what we ate for our breakfast
but we did take our breakfast with 3 snack bars
and waiting for our lunch along the trip
so let's go!!!

on the way there....we stopped by downhill of blue mountain i guess
gosh...i forgot the small town name
so useless
we began our adventures to look for KANGAROOS @@
WILD KANGAROOS
we can't see any till someone who camped there told us

Moving on to our secret place
our tour guide, Shane

he's a really really nice guy
explained a lot a lot of things
and he brought us here
the place where only Australians know

we arrived Blue Mountain

actually just for fun
i not sure...it might have stories...i just don't remember it
so we were going to hiking down the mountain and came up with cable car

1hr down the mountain 1 min up the hill

we going to rush to Sydney Opera House for
GRAND FINAL AUSTRALIAN IDOL
Shane told us there is a botanical garden nearby where we could take the picture
Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House
TOGETHER
so he dropped us there and we walked around the botanical garden

luckily not a long que
free tickets...but standing tickets
anyhow...still fine

as long as we can go in
look at the sky
actually is raining
since we entered...no regret

raining won't stop us
